From South of Hartford
Take I-91 north to Route 84 east. Take exit #62 off Route 84 east, Buckland Mall exit. Take a left off the exit onto Buckland Road. Follow Buckland Road into South Windsor. Buckland Road turns into Sullivan Avenue (at the four corners big white church on right). Stay on Sullivan Avenue. You will pass the Town Hall/Library on right. After you pass these landmarks, you will take your second right onto Sand Hill Road. Take your first left onto Nevers Road. The Community Center is about 500 yards on the right.

From the North of Hartford
Take I-91 to I-291 (Manchester) to exit #4. Bear left off the exit onto Rte. 5. Go down Rte. 5 for approx. 5 miles. Turn right onto Sullivan Avenue. Follow for about 2 or 3 miles (past Geissler's on right). Turn left (next light after Geissler's) onto Ayers Road. Go to end of Ayers and turn right on Nevers Road. The South Windsor Community Center is on the left across from the South Windsor High School.

From the West of Hartford
Take I-84 east to exit #62 Buckland Mall exit. Take a left off the exit onto Buckland Road. Follow Buckland Road into South Windsor. Buckland Road turns into Sullivan Avenue (at the four corners big white church on right). Stay on Sullivan Avenue. You will pass the Town Hall/ library on right. After you pass these landmarks, you will take your second right onto Sand Hill Road. Take your first left onto Nevers Road. The Community Center is about 500 yards on the right.

From the East of Hartford
Take I-84 west to exit #62. Take a right off the exit. Go to first set of lights. Take a left at the lights onto Buckland Road. Buckland Road turns into Sullivan Avenue (at the four corners big white church on right). Stay on Sullivan Avenue. You will pass the Town Hall/ library on right. After you pass these landmarks, you will take your second right onto Sand Hill Road. Take your first left onto Nevers Road. The Community Center is about 500 yards on the right.

Follow directions above. On Sand Hill Road continue to Abbe Road Ext. which is the second left. Take first left after the parking area. Picnic grounds are to the right. Park anywhere along the roadway.
